In ritual space, you are invited to bring heavy or suppressed emotions, such as grief, anger, shame, hopelessness, or stuckness, for change and transformation. By accessing altered states of consciousness through breath, sensation, meditation, and journeying, you will be supported in releasing outdated identities and stepping into new frequencies of life.
